Kick Off: New E-Commerce Site

In this day, I started a research based in user feedbacks through the most important social media of the company, collecting a lot of comments (positive and negative) about the buyer journey in POLISHOP omnichannel. Next, I focused in e-commerce channel. Knowing the pain of the users in the site through some screen recordings, heatmaps and Google Analytics (number of downloads , search bar to find accurate results, cart checkout, bounce rate, etc), so,
within this whole context, I'm empathise with the user and ready to go to the next steps.

Research results, prototypes and presentation to Directors

After some months and discussions about how the old site is effective and where it is not, I presented it to Directors of the company. Important UX deliverables like User Journeys and ready to navigate prototypes. It was the most important moment because they understood how users have navigated in site until this moment, how the new site will solve the main problems revealed in my research and in what way it could improve the business KPIs.

For an omnichannel company, knowing that only the digital arm maintained the same financial results as before the pandemic, means that we are doing the right thing and POLISHOP's new platform was the right decision. We worked hard and the platform test was extreme. My job is on track!
